Amber 12 and GATK 2.0 available on Biowulf (Biowulf)

Amber 12 (with AmberTools 12) is now available on Biowulf.
Amber 11 and 10 are also still available; see 
http://biowulf.nih.gov/apps/amber.html for details. 

GATK v2.0 has been installed on Biowulf in /usr/local/GATK.
Since there are significant changes in this version, the
previous version 1.6.13 has also been retained, along with
a version built specifically for SMUG, in /usr/local/gatk/
