NIH Helix and Biowulf Systems Downtime, Saturday July 14, 2012 (Helix)

On Saturday July 14, the NIH Helix and Biowulf systems staff will be 
performing storage system maintenance from 9 am until approximately 6 pm. 
 
For Helix users, all services, including email, will be unavailable 
from 9 am until approximately noon.  At noon, Helix and its email 
will become available though some data directories will be inaccessible 
to users for the entire maintenance period. All remaining services will 
become available once all maintenance has been completed.

The Biowulf cluster and login node are also scheduled to be down 
during this maintenance window.  Details about their availability during 
this downtime are addressed in a separate message that has been sent 
to Biowulf users.
