Meme updated to v 4.6.1 (Biowulf)

The default version of Meme on the Biowulf cluster has been updated to v4.6.1
This version was built with MPICH, while the previous versions were built
with OpenMpi. Thus, it is very important to set the path correctly in your
batch scripts while running Meme. See
