Second session added for next-gen class (Biowulf)

Due to heavy demand, a repeat of the 'Introduction to next-generation
sequence analysis on Biowulf' course has been scheduled. The repeat
course will cover the same topics: tools for quality assessment, 
alignment, post-alignment processing, and visualization of data using 
some example datasets. 

A Biowulf account is required for the class. Those with Helix accounts or 
neither Helix or Biowulf accounts will be registered as space permits.
