Introduction to next-gen sequence analysis on Biowulf (Biowulf)

A course introducing next-generation sequence analysis, including a 
hands-on session, will be presented on Mar 24 by Sean Davis (NCI) and 
the Biowulf staff. Topics covered will include tools for quality assessment, 
alignment, post-alignment processing, and visualization of data using 
some example datasets.

A Biowulf account is required for the class. Those with Helix accounts or 
neither Helix or Biowulf accounts will be registered as space permits.
