New Seminar for Biowulf Users: Advanced Topics (Biowulf)

The Biowulf staff will present a new seminar on Wednesday January 19:
"NIH Biowulf Cluster Advanced Topics".  The seminar is meant for
Biowulf users who wish to use the cluster more efficiently thereby
increasing their effective compute time. Topics will include:

* Hardware upgrades in 2010
* Benchmarking application code
* High-performance data transfer
* Advanced PBS batch features
* Advanced use of swarm
* GPU nodes
* Compiling code on Biowulf

Users planning to take the seminar are invited to let us know
what additional topics you'd like covered.
