Helix/Biowulf home directory quota increase (Helix)

The Helix Systems staff is pleased to announce the increase in the
standard home directory quota for all Helix/Biowulf users from 1 GB to 
8 GB.  The monthly usage fee for home directory space was reduced this
fiscal year by 50% to $2.50/GB/month for space that is actually used 
with a minimum charge of $1 per month.  Your disk quota usage can be 
checked by running the command 'checkquota' while logged into Helix or
