GAUSS 10 now available on Helix and Biowulf (Helix)

GAUSS 10 is now available on both Helix and Biowulf. GAUSS 10 
does not have a GUI interface and can only run via the command-line, 
but it includes multithreading options so that a GAUSS 10 
program can be run on multiple processors. 

There are limited licenses for GAUSS 10. The older unlicensed version,
GAUSS 3.2, is also still available and can be used to run large numbers
of simultaneous GAUSS jobs on Biowulf.
