data access problems (Biowulf)

A problem with a Helix/Biowulf storage system
resulted in the /data areas being inaccessible
for about an hour yesterday, and for about 2 hrs last night.
We apologize for any disruption to your work.
We are working on the problem with the storage vendor, and
hope to have the problem isolated and resolved soon.
