NAMD 2.7b1 binaries on Biowulf (Biowulf)

The Biowulf staff is pleased to announce a rebuild of NAMD 2.7b1.  This
new build fixes an I/O issue in the underlying MPI library that caused
jobs to quit updating files during simulations.  NAMD 2.7b1 includes
profound performance improvements over NAMD 2.6 and should work with
existing simulation configuration files.  Instructions for using the new 
binary, which targets Biowulf's Ethernet and Infiniband networks, can be
