Helix unavailable due to hardware problem (Helix)

Dear Helix users,

Helix is down due to a hardware problem. Engineers are enroute.
Helix email is accessible via email clients. The web-based Squirrelmail
interface to Helix mail is not available.

We expect Helix to be down for several hours while repairs are made.
We apologize for this inconvenience.
