Helix Mail Quota increase to 200 MB (Helix)

The Helix Systems staff is pleased to announce that the mail quota for
all Helix users has been doubled from 100 MB to 200 MB.

Users are reminded that mailboxes that are over quota for 21 days will 
be compressed and moved to /mailcorral, as before.  A user receives an 
initial email warning message when a mailbox reaches quota and then 
subsequent warnings at 7 and 14 days later if the mailbox remains over quota.
