Date: 07 May 2007 07:05:18From: Helix Systems Staff (staff@helix.nih.gov)
ExPlain (BioBase, Inc.) is a novel tool for biological interpretation of high throughput experiments like microarrays, proteomic data, and ChIP-chip experiments. The intuitive workflow allows systematic creation of experimentally testable hypotheses for both gene transcription regulation and signaling networks. ExPlain is installed on a CIT-managed server at NIH: http://helixweb.nih.gov/biobase and available to all NIH personnel. A training course for ExPlain will be offered on May 17, 9:00 - 12:00, Building 12A, Room B47 To register and for more information, see < A href="http://training.cit.nih.gov/coursepicfull.asp?cnumber=471&term=07G">http://training.cit.nih.gov/coursepicfull.asp?cnumber=471&term=07G In this hands-on workshop, students will learn how to run queries on the ExPlain system.
