TransPath, Explain and TransFac now available at NIH (Helix)

The Helix Systems Staff is pleased to announce the availability of TransPath and ExPlain, two new tools for analysis of signal transduction pathways and gene expression data from BioBase International. These tools are in addition to the BioBase TransFac (transcription factor) database which has been available to NIH personnel for some years. TransPath, ExPlain and TransFac are available to all NIH personnel, at http://helixweb.nih.gov/biobase/ The website will require an NIH domain login and password for access.
