Upcoming classes at CIT training (Biowulf)

The Helix Systems is teaching two classes next week through the CIT Training 468, Using Rosetta on the Biowulf Cluster http://training.cit.nih.gov/CoursePicFull.asp?cnumber=468&term=07F This 3-hour class will discuss how to use Rosetta on the Biowulf cluster to predict, design and dock protein structures, as well as interpret the results. It will also cover supporting scripts and methods for distributing Rosetta jobs on the cluster. Hands-on examples will also be given, depending on time and interest. 479, Structural Biology on the Biowulf Cluster http://training.cit.nih.gov/CoursePicFull.asp?cnumber=479&term=07F This 2-hour class will give an overview of structural biology software currently available on the Biowulf cluster, practical tips for parallelizing large-scale jobs using shell and perl scripts, managing I/O, memory and disk space requirements, and visualizing results.
