New Image Analysis Applications on Biowulf (Biowulf)

Two image analysis suites have been installed on the Biowulf cluster for all users. AFNI (Analysis of Functional NeuroImages) is a set of C programs for processing, analyzing, and displaying functional MRI (FMRI) data - a technique for mapping human brain activity. FSL is a comprehensive library of image analysis and statistical tools for FMRI, MRI and DTI brain imaging data.
