Matlab Distributed Computing on Biowulf (Biowulf)

The Matlab Distributed Computing Toolbox and Engine are now
available as a trial installation on the Biowulf cluster.
This toolbox/engine includes the ability to run Distributed Array
jobs (many independent simultaneous calculations) and MPI
(truly parallel) Matlab jobs.

Matlab Distributed Computing is a trial installation on
the Biowulf cluster, available until end July 2007. We will
consider purchasing this product if there is sufficient interest
from the Biowulf user community. More information and sample

A course on Matlab DCE, to be conducted by Mathworks, will be
held in July 2007. More information about this course will be
sent when the course schedule is available in June.
