The environment variable(s) need to be set properly first. The easiest way to do this is by using the modules commands as in the example below.

$ module avail analyze_linux
------------------------ /usr/local/Modules/3.2.9/modulefiles----------------------------
analyze_linux

$ module load analyze_linux

$ module list
Currently Loaded Modulefiles:
1) analyze_linux $ module unload analyze_linux $ module show analyze_linux ------------------------------------------------------------------- /usr/local/Modules/3.2.9/modulefiles/analyze_linux: module-whatis Sets up Analyze_linux prepend-path PATH /usr/local/apps/analyze_linux -------------------------------------------------------------------

Once the environment variables are set, you can simply type the name of one of the linkage commands to run it.
